SUMMER PICTURES

We have been having a fun, and busy summer! We dont have much of a camera, we use ancient disposable cameras, so I dont get the best pictures. I really need to get in on the times and get a nice camera. So here are the most recent pics from our latest disposable camera that I just got developed!

Kevin has always said that if George Strait ever came to Utah in concert he had to go. I guess that it has been about 15 years since he had ever been to Utah. So when we found out he was coming this summer, it was a perfect brithday present for Kevin!

Kevin grew up by Derek and Juliann Hough, who were both on "Dancing with the Stars". Derek was one of Kevins best friends as a little kid. Juliann was one of the opening acts for George Strait and her Dad let Kev know and got us backstage passes to the concert to meet with her. We also got to see and almost meet George Strait. Kevin was not sure if she would remember him or not, but as soon as he started talking to her she screamed and could not believe it was him! She said that she remembers always wanting to play baseball with Kevin and Derek, but they would never let her play! It was fun to meet her, and get to go backstage.

Grandma Gasik came for a visit in June, and we got some pictures with her.

My incredible sister-in-law Mandi had a BBQ for fathers day, and the 24th of July.

Our summer has been a fun one, but we have been working hard too. Kevin goes to SLC every wednesday through saturday to take a class, and I have been working full time at the teen center for the Cache Valley Boys and Girls Club. We love summers in Logan, and think it is one of the most beautiful places to live. We have some more fun activities coming up, and I will make sure to get lots of disposable cameras to document them all!!!
